Independent site

Walnut Creek Electrical Upgrades is an independent website that connects homeowners with local electrical contractors. We are not a contractor; contractors may pay us for project requests. Verify any license at cslb.ca.gov.

Not affiliated with utilities or agencies

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for PG&E, MCE, the IRS, the CSLB or any city or county. Their names are used only to describe their programs and processes, with links to their own pages.

Costs

Cost figures are ranges from the sources named next to them (for example East Bay Electric citing PG&E, Angi's national figures, a contractor-published generator range, and a County permit record). They are not our prices or offers. Real quotes can land below or above them.

Incentives

Rebate and tax credit statuses are shown with the date we checked them and change often. Confirm with each program before you buy. Nothing here is tax advice.

Safety

We don't provide do-it-yourself electrical instructions. Panel, service and wiring work can be dangerous and requires a licensed contractor and permits. If you notice burning smells, hot or buzzing equipment, or sparking, contact a qualified electrician or PG&E.
