What we collect

When you send a form, we receive what you enter: typically your name, phone number, email (if given), city or ZIP, project details and notes. We also record the page you sent it from and, if present, the referring site and campaign tags (utm parameters) so we know how people find us. When you call, our call-tracking provider records the call details, and calls may be recorded.

Like most websites, we may use analytics tools that set cookies and record pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We don't send your name, phone, email, address or message to analytics.

How we use it

We use your information to pass your request to an independent electrical contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree; calls by our call-tracking provider; the site is hosted on Cloudflare. They handle data on our behalf under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the information you sent by calling (925) 722-6103. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. You can block cookies in your browser.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
